据ESPN报道，内马尔之父在俱乐部管理层中位列次席，紧随马塞洛·特谢拉主席之后，然而他并不主管足球相关事务。桑托斯足球部门的主导权依旧掌握在亚历山大·马托斯手中。内马尔的父亲将深度介入俱乐部管理，涵盖足球、市场营销、创新业务等多个领域，并负责整合。除担任CEO一职外，他还将出任比尔米罗儿童足球学校的主席，该机构致力于挖掘足球新星，并与球星的偶像身份紧密相连。
据ESPN报道，NR体育公司，由内马尔之父管理，与桑托斯足球俱乐部签订了一项合约，通过一次性支付1200万巴西雷亚尔（约合200万欧元）的款项，成功清偿了桑托斯对法甲摩纳哥足球俱乐部的债务。该笔债务曾迫使桑托斯暂停引援活动。作为交易的一部分，桑托斯同意在球衣上为NR体育公司预留一个广告位置。

NR Sports Corporation and its associates have contributed to the financial backing of this endeavor. The total estimated investment for the renovation of the three venues stands at 13.5 million Brazilian reais (approximately 2.2 million euros). Each stadium's upgrade is budgeted for 4.5 million Brazilian reais. The construction company in charge has received the green light and is scheduled to initiate the renovation work on the first stadium at the Santos training ground from November 20th.
