巴塞罗那力推诺坎普VIP包厢，预计首笔款项高达8000万欧元，并附带持续收益潜力

10月30日，体育新闻传来消息，《每日体育报》披露，巴塞罗那足球团队正积极拓展与众多企业的合作，致力于推广诺坎普球场的VIP席位。为满足俱乐部经济承诺所需的预付款项，这一商业推广活动已步入快车道。该计划包括提供长达15年或30年的顶级座位使用权。

Barça Reservat播客节目披露，该俱乐部通过推出2000个针对企业的新座位套餐，预计将收获大约8000万欧元的首期款项，并有望每年获得5000万至6000万欧元的稳定收益。球场全面落成后，预计将配备约9500个高级VIP席位。

在此次活动中，已有约5000个座位被成功锁定，此外，还有500个属于所谓的个人座位许可证（PSL）。目前，巴塞罗那足球俱乐部正积极推广剩余的2000个座位，俱乐部坚信这些座位将适用于当前赛季及来季。

面向企业用户推出的这项报价涵盖了多种类型，其费用依据具体坐席位置及附加服务内容而有所差异。备受推崇的“包厢”级别座位已悉数售完。这些位于场地中央、配备四个座位的独立区域，附赠停车位，要求客户支付高额的初始投资和年度费用。
