Pieology披萨，一度以“顾客自选披萨”为特色，建立起庞大的连锁体系。2017年，NBA明星凯文·杜兰特对其进行了投资。在其全盛时期，该品牌在美国境内设有约150家分店。然而，时至今日，昔日的辉煌已不复存在，只剩下一副空架子。

经过多年的店铺关闭和破产申请的冲击，Pieology如今仅剩27家分店继续运营。最近，萨克拉门托市郊福尔瑟姆的一家备受喜爱的披萨店成为了新的受害者，该店在本月初无声无息地关闭了大门。

自2016年于福尔瑟姆Gateway购物中心开设以来，这家店铺便专注于提供定制的披萨和意大利面食。然而，加盟商似乎已作出决定，选择关闭该店。据房东透露，餐厅的经营者已决定不再续签租赁合同。据悉，该空置的店面正在寻找新的餐饮经营者，但关于潜在新租户的具体信息尚未公开。

Established in Fullerton, California in 2011, Pieology became renowned for its assembly-line approach to pizza-making, allowing patrons to customize their pies with a selection of toppings. The chain also catered to those with dietary restrictions by offering options like cauliflower crust and gluten-free bases, drawing in customers seeking a personalized dining experience. This innovative concept garnered significant attention and secured substantial investments from prominent figures such as the founders of Panda Express, Cheng and Ping Chi, and NBA star Kevin Durant. Despite this, the company's sales performance waned, leading to the closure of dozens of locations over the following years. By the end of 2025, the parent company had officially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
