10月6日，体育新闻快讯：在最新的播客节目《锁定76人》中，76人团队的媒体专家Marc Farzetta以及资深记者Keith Pompey共同探讨了球队的备战训练情况。
Marc Farzetta: "Among the players who haven't garnered extensive attention but left a profound impact on me, I would highlight Rabbon Phelon. He has demonstrated exceptional competitiveness and defensive prowess. There was an instance, however, where Joel Embiid and VJ Edgecumbe executed a splendid play at the arc, resulting in Edgecumbe powering through Phelon for an electrifying dunk—a moment that certainly merits a highlight reel. Despite being a first-round pick, Phelon stands out as the standout talent among those we've previously discussed less frequently. I am particularly fond of his playing style and tenacity."
Keith Pompey comments, "Indeed, there's a prevalent notion among many that he's being likened to Louis Williams, potentially emerging as a vital player who can contribute significantly from the bench. A particularly amusing incident unfolded on social media. A viewer mistook footage of his gameplay for that of Terence Davis, remarking that Davis had been executing such moves earlier. Another individual swiftly corrected the misconception, identifying the player as Ralston Florence. I must say, I'm quite impressed with what he has been displaying thus far."
